Technical leadership of multiple implementation and evolution squads across VTEX IO and FastStore. 20+ projects in the period for global brands and national leaders: B2B with financial integration (Panasonic + Credix CrediPay), O2O marketplace via WhatsApp (Bridgestone), high-volume omnichannel retail (Polishop), FastStore with quiz, loyalty and 50+ CMS sections (Mantecorp Skincare / Hypera Pharma), iHypera and Herbíssimo. I conceived the AIvengers Initiative (53% reduction in dev time using a scientific method) and built cadastra-docs (a centralized technical knowledge base).

Full Stack Developer (Outsourcing — Zona Sul Supermercados)

Outsourcing placement on the VTEX IO e-commerce team of Zona Sul Supermercados (a traditional RJ chain, 60+ years, 50+ stores). End-to-end work across the full scope of a VTEX IO store: React storefront components (PDP, PLP, Home, Cart, Checkout), Node.js backend apps with GraphQL resolvers, REST integrations, Site Editor, Store Framework, Master Data, analytics Pixel Apps, performance, SEO and troubleshooting.

Worked in parallel on multiple VTEX (CMS and IO) and WordPress projects with direct client interaction. Integrations, store customizations, performance, UX/UI and conversion strategies. Programming, Games, Robotics & Maker Teacher

Programming, games, robotics and maker teacher for children and teenagers, equipping them with 21st Century Skills through the Lean Education Technology (LET) method. Classes in Scratch and Godot 2D programming, Arduino prototyping, basic electronics, digital art and educational robotics. Lesson planning, learning assessment and developing original projects with students.

Math, Portuguese, English & Japanese Tutor

Multidisciplinary tutor in the Kumon self-learning method, supporting students across all four subjects (Math, Portuguese, English and Japanese) over nearly 5 years. One-on-one support, progress tracking and building the first digital tools for internal student and materials management.
